Mom’s Lasagna

½ lb ground beef
¾ cup water
1 (15 oz) cans or 1 (32 oz) jar marinara sauce
1 tsp salt
½ (8oz) pkg lasagna
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
12 oz Mozzarella Cheese, grated
¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add water, marinara sauce, and salt. Bring to a boil. In 2 quart baking dish, layer hot sauce, uncooked lasagna, and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375F for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
