1 bag baby spinach leaves
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 bunch green onions, sliced
*candied slivered almonds
Toss ingredients together and serve with your choice of Poppy Seed Dressing.

*Candied Slivered Almonds:
Place 1/4 cup sugar into a frying pan over medium heat. Cook until sugar melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add slivered almonds. Stir to coat. Pour onto a cookie sheet, slightly sprayed with cooking spray. Spread and let cool.
