Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 cups unsifted flour

1 ½ cup sugar

1/3 cup cocoa

2 ¼ tsp Baking Powder

1 ½ tsp baking Soda

1 ½ cup mayonnaise

1 ½ cup water

1 ½ tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in mayonnaise. Gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and blended. Pour into pan (greased and floured). Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes. Cool.
