Breakfast Sausage Balls
INGREDIENTS
1 lb pork sausage
dried marjoram
dried parsley
nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Mix herbs and spices into sausage meat. Shape into 1 inch balls. Pan fry slowly about 15 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with pancakes, waffles, and maple syrup.
