Mexican Casserole

If you ever need a quick and easy meal... this is it!
Just be prepared for what follows.
"beans, beans..."


INGREDIENTS
2 cans chili
1 10 oz can mild enchilada sauce
1 16 oz bag of Frito's chips
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded

for topping:
sour cream
shredded mild cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 F. In 13x9 baking dish, combine chili, enchilada sauce, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Pour bag of Frito's on top and press down gently. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and shredded cheese. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese melts.
