3-4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cubes butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
2-3 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp poppy seeds
*serve over cooked white rice
Saute onion in 1/2 cube butter then place in a 9x13 inch pan.
Layer cubed chicken on top. Mix together soup and sour cream, then pour on top of chicken. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with 1 cube of melted butter and poppy seeds. Pour on top of cream mixture.
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes at 350 F.
Serve over cooked white rice.
