Kim's Snow Topped Mint Cookies
Super easy...really yummy!
1 Devils food cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
Andes mint baking pieces (I only use half of the bag)
Mix together. This will form a thick dough. Roll into balls, then roll in powdered sugar.
Bake @ 350 for 8 to 10 min.
