Snicker-doodles


INGREDIENTS
½ C. Margarine
½ C. Shortening
1 ½ C. Brown Sugar
½ C. Granulated Sugar
2 eggs
2 ts. Cream of tarter
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. baking soda
2 ½ C. Flour
Cinnamon/sugar

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl cream together margarine, shortening and sugars. Add eggs one at a time and then add the dry ingredients. Sometimes cookies need a little extra flour depending on the weather! Bake at 400* for 10-12 minutes.
