One Hour Dinner Rolls

Mix and let stand for 15 minutes:
3 1/2 C. warm water
1 C. oil or melted butter
6 T. yeast
3/4 C. sugar

Add:
1 T. salt
3 eggs
10 1/2 C. flour

Mix until well blended. Mixture will be soft. Take out and roll on floured board, cut into circles and fold in half. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen rolls.

Note:
For one-fourth the recipe, use:
1 C. water
1/4 C. oil
1/4 C. sugar
1 1/2 T. yeast
1/4 T. salt
one egg
2 3/4 C. flour
