Dinner Rolls (Cinnamon Rolls)

Submitted by: Becky Phillips

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ C hot tap water (not hotter than your finger can stand or your yeast will die)
1 cube butter
½ C. sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
7 C. flour
1 ½ Tbsp. yeast
DIRECTIONS

Put water, butter, sugar, salt and eggs into blender. Blend for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Add 1 ½ tbsp yeast; blend for 1 minute. Pour mixture over 7 cups flour. Mix well (“Bosch” type mixers work great!!) I mix it for 10 minutes. If the dough doesn’t come clean from the side of the bowl you need more flour. Let rise. (1 hour) Form into rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover with plastic and let rise 1 more hour. If in a hurry you can turn the oven on for a few minutes, then turn it off and put rolls in to let rise. Heat helps. Bake at 400* for 10-12 minutes. Makes approx. 36 rolls.I use the recipe for cinnamon rolls also and it works great.
