Applesauce Leather

INGREDIENTS
4 c. thick unsweetened applesauce
DIRECTIONS

Line 2 cookie sheets with plastic wrap. Place 2 cups applesauce in center of each pan and spread to 1/4 inch thick. Put in 175 degree oven, leaving oven door open a crack with knife for 7 hours. Check to make sure it does not get too done. Option: This can be made with plums - just put them in a blender, skins and all. This can be frozen in plastic sandwich bags.
