Swiss Birchermusli

6 ripe bananas, mashed to liquid
3 red delicious apples, grated
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
After mashing bananas to liquid, add grated apples, oats, milk, and lemon juice. Serve cold. Do not cook! Honey or sugar can be added to taste. (Mashed strawberries can be used in place of apples.)
