Tuna Noodle Casserole

5 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp butter
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter (optional)
1/4 cup chopped onion (optional)
1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
2 cans tuna, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg penne pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup grated cheese
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine flour, butter, milk, salt and pepper as in making a white sauce. (I usually place the milk and butter in the microwave for about a minute and a half.) Optional: melt butter and saute celery and onions until soft, not brown. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Place in a lightly greased 9x12 casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
