Peppermint Ice Cream
Mini Candy Canes
Dipping Chocolate

Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Using a cookie scoop, make desired amount of ice cream balls and place on a frozen cookie sheet/waxed paper.

Place a mini candy cane into each ice cream ball and return cookie sheet to freezer. Freeze until solid.

Melt desired amount of chocolate in the microwave. (melt at 30 second intervals, stirring inbetween, to avoid overheating)

Remove ice cream balls from freezer and quickly dip into melted chocolate, leaving the candy cane undipped. Place back onto the cookie sheet.

Return to freezer until chocolate is hardened. Serve.
