Surf 'n Turf Kabobs
An easy {Surf and Turf} for your backyard grill. If the weather isn't cooperating with your plans... pull out those George Foreman grills. Serve with a side of rice, salad, and maybe a few slices of fresh pineapple and mango (also good grilled).
PREPARATION

Steak: Cut into 1-2 inch pieces. Place into a Zip-Lock bag along with desired marinade. Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then place steak onto skewers.

Chicken: Cut boneless chicken breasts into 1-2 inch pieces. Place into a Zip-Lock bag along with desired marinade. Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then place chicken onto skewers.

Shrimp: Remove tails, and place onto skewer(s). If you use cooked shimp - all you have to do is warm them on the grill.

Mushrooms: Rinse, dry, place on skewer(s).

Red Pepper Hearts: Rinse, dry, slice into halves, use a pairing knife to cut into desired shape. Slice remaining pepper into 1-inch pieces and place on skewer(s).
