Lisa walked into my house this morning and could smell the banana nut bread baking. She shared the followinga recipe she uses on banana breads. She warned me before hand that it cools fast, next time I'll have to move a little quicker. :) Sure is yummy though!

INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
Melt together butter, brown sugar, and milk. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Drizzle, spread, pour, and baste your favorite banana breads with it. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI found that putting the frosting into the microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time keeps it spreadable.
ReplyDeleteI tried this frosting recipe and it is toooo sweet. Unfortunately, I am not a fan.
