Acorn Squash

INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS
Acorn Squash
Cut squash in 1/2 and remove seeds.
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
1/4 cup cranraisins
1/4 cup nuts (whatever kind you want)
Dice everything and mix together.
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 TBS. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Add this mixture to the fruit mixture and then put into the squash.
Drizzle maple syrup over the squash and add a nice pat of butter on top.
Bake covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees
