Broiled Red Potatoes with Rosemary

baby red potatoes
rosemary, dried
sea salt
2 Tbsp butter, melted (or use olive oil)
Bake whole potatoes in the microwave (I just hit the potato button). Place into a glass dish, sprayed lightly with cooking oil. Slice potatoes into bite sized chunks. Drizzle with melted butter (or olive oil). Season as desired with sea salt and pepper. Top with two pinches of dried (or fresh) rosemary. Broil under high heat just until slightly golden.
