Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

Make the dry mix first;
8 C. whole wheat flour
2 C. instant non fat dry milk
2 TBSP. baking powder
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 C. regular oatmeal
blend well and put in storage containers as desired (ziploc bags)

For the pancake:
1 beaten egg
1 C. milk
1 TBSP. oil
1 TBSP. honey
1 1/2 C. pancake mix

Combine all ingredients except pancake mix. Mix well, then add pancake mix and stir until blended. Cook like a regular pancake but on a lower heat for a longer time so they cook through without burning. The left overs are a quick and easy breakfast for another day!
