Honey Butter

You can't make fry bread - or scones - without literally whipping up a batch of honey butter.  Can you?  :)

I start with a stick of butter, softened.  I whip it with a hand mixer, until fluffy.  Then I add honey and continue to mix.  I know I have added enough honey after a few taste tests tell me it is a perfect combination.  :)
