Sauted Mushrooms

Mushrooms aren't for everyone, but lately they have been for me. A mid-life craving? Served up with London Broil, on top of our homemade pizza, tossed in a fresh salad, or folded into an omelet... any which way.

INGREDIENTS
fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp butter
salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS
Melt butter in medium sized skillet. Add sliced mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir. Cover and allow mushrooms to absorb liquid.

so good,I hated mushrooms, until I was a teenager and my date made me try some sauted mushrooms, I have loved them ever since. The things we try for love!
